Nand Unlock

Good Morning

Iv been using The SF for about a month, and iv had no problems.

Iv Unlocked and Rooted it the day after i got it, so i could install R3 (updated to R4) of paul's Rom.

Heres the problem, When i go to delete .APK's from the image such as Documentstogo it says it cannot uninstall, so i read around the subject and saw that installing Busy box and es explorer could do it, but when iv gone to install Busy box it says iv not got Nand unlocked?

I was Wondering has something gone skewy when iv installed the superboot and then Clock work over the top or am i missing something?
