How can I find out what's eating up the storage part of my main memory. It's slowly gone from ~15MB free, to under 3, despite not installing anything to main memory. I've cleared out Opera cache, which usually fills it up, and even used a program called cleartemp to search for other files. When I use the 'find large files' option from the memory screen and search for files over 64KB, there are 8 screenshots at 65KB each, that's it. Any ideas?

well i found some things out. the 64kb thing only searches my documents apparently.i found a 3 mb data file for apnews. another program installed to storage memory but put all the important files in main memory. i need a memory upgrade. :/ still only have 6 megs free.

and i still do not see how memory is calculated.it shows 180 mb for main memory (100 for storage) but the windows folder is 240 mb by itself

nobody knows how the memory works? i have 285mb in my windows folder, 30mb in programs, and 3 elsewhere, those are the three largest things. part of windows has to make up the storage memory but how do i know what?

So i changed opera to cache to storage, figuring at least i wouldn't have to clear the cache every other page.when i deleted the old opera cache folder though it freed up 10mb! even though it had just been cleared and only said about 1mb. i even had used treesize mobile to see folder sizes but it obviously was not reading correctly.

now i have 13mb free instead of 3, and opera caches to storage
