Phone Process Continually Crashing

Hey guys, i have a huge problem with my T-Mobile Pulse.

My problem is, when i try to send a Text message of any kind, it sits pending for a while..then i get a pop up saying 'The process Com.Android.Phone has stopped unexpectedly, please try again' then i have to push the force quit button. the thing is, I can receive texts but not reply. i have tried a hard reset and it is still happening to me. all my APN settings etc. are correct and it only just started happening randomly because i was texting this morning.
