I can't hear ther caller when connecting to the Blue & Me (very important for me) Please help

Hi

I can't hear ther caller when connecting to the Blue & Me on my car.

I can connect and call via my voice but when the caller answer I can't hear anything (He can hear my but I believe not clear)

I tried this with a NOKIA mobile and it is working fine :huh:
