Omnia I900 - 6.5 Winmob Working Lock Screen?

Ok, so having spent a great deal of time searching throught here and xda forums, not managed to find any actual working screen lock software, here are my current findings:

S2U2 - Freezes phone up on reception of call on occation

S2U pro - same as above, and some issues with slider being to easily opperated

sskins - not currently supported by i900

New windows 7 Style lock screen (can't find name) - seems to lock up mobile too.

Pocketshield - random freezes

Thorottlelock - random freezes.

Seems it's a memory running out issue.

Has anyone actually managed to get any of these lock apps to work? Or maybe found others that do?

I love S2U2, but it does keep freezing up.
