Locked out problem

This has been probably been answered before, if so, im sorry.

ATM, my I9000 has locked me out because of too many attempts on the pattern screen.

I have tried the 3 button recovery mode which doesnt work also i cannot seem to get it into download mode to flash it through Odin.

I cannot try adb recovery because of not having my phone in debugging mode.

Is there anything i can do without resorting to sending it to get repaired?

Nah no luck. Thanks for the links mate.

I didn't really want to resort to getting a new handset from Samsung but I will probably ring them upcoming monday to get it sorted. Google should note this problem but as it seems they wont do nothing about it.

Strange. I had too many attempts at the pattern screen before, so it locked me out. So I just logged into my google account and changed the pattern.

Or do/did you have a different problem?
