ZTE Blade WinXP Drivers for rooting wanted please

I cant find the drivers for the SF :rolleyes: i have looked and look, i can find some win 7 ones but i need win xp, any one out there who can help? i cant root my phone because of this :huh:

i have seen this but it says...'No fastboot though.'.. i have about 27 modaco tabs open so i have tried my best to look lol...
