Deodexing framework-res.apk

Howdy,

I would like to use the Ultimate Online Theme Kitchen but my HTC Desire is so far only rooted. Now I would like to deodex the framework-res.apk file but I have no idea how to do that.

To be precise - I have seen some tutorials but I would like to deodex just this one file and not the whole phone. Is that even possible?

Any help in this matter would be much appreciated.
