Facebook Contacts Account Problem ?

When I go to "Add Account" in Contacts > Accounts and select Facebook, my San Francisco just returns to the "Add Account" page without running any setup wizard etc. If I select Exchange or Google they run fine - is this a known bug with Paul's R4 ROM release ?

Any ideas how to resolve ?
