Hotmail Push

Sorry if this has already been talked about, i did search, but the search function on here is crazy, doesn't come up with anything but stuff not related to this.

I know Gmail is Push notifications.

I was wondering, how do i set up my hotmail account to push notifications.

I set up my hotmail, then sent a test message from another account and i havent recieved that email yet, and it's been 30 minutes, and i have "Refresh Frequency" on 5 minutes.

Im confused.
