As far as stuff running, we've got almost every thing open to us. Asphalt 5(4?) runs fine, and it's designed for the Nexus One/Higher end phones!

most games run smooth, i have further increased the heapsize (48 now) to get rid of the last stutters in angry birds.

a game you must check out is SpeedX. if you like tower defense have a look at Grave Defense.

Is there any game similiar to Plants vs Zombies for Android? I've just found out PvZ is coming for Android in 2011 but in the meantime I would love to kill some Zombies things on Android B)

just got SNESoid.

Quite dissapointed that games dont play well or sound good in landscape mode.

However, potrait mode the games play quite well but this mode makes it quite difficult to play games, + screen is very tiny!!

Graviturn!

Probably my fave game on the Android because of simplicity of design.

You can hop in/out of the game easily because levels last less than a minute.

It is engaging with various elements.

There is now an extended version with more variations!

Loads of levels.

Leave Devil Alone is meant to be the best such game. It's badly translated though and quite laggy I thought on the SF. Will likely be fine on Froyo.

There was an unofficial port called pvz but I think it must've been pulled for copyright by now since I can't find it.

Shoot U! is a good game similar concept to angry birds

Sketch Online - my fav game - its online pictionary you play against other people, take turns to draw and guess what others are drawing

WordFeud - online scrabble game

Tile Takedown - like word twist

Fruit Slice - like fruit ninja but can run smooth on sanfrancisco

blow up - plant tnt to take down buildings...

air controler - simple game guide planes to land

Gameboid - gba emulator and play gba games..

paper toss - standard.
