Circle battery in rooted Open-Europe 2.1?

I bought the missus a GT-540 because I was tired of her using my desire all the time, but one feature she misses is the circle battery which I have running on my phone.

I have clockwork mod installed on her phone, and am wondering if anyone has made a flashable update.zip to enable circle battery on this phone?
