cant download from market

Since putting quarx Rom on with clock work and recovery i can't seem to download from the market anymore. i just keep getting download was unsuccessful notice for everything. is there a problem with the market on this Rom or is it the market itself? is there a way to reinstall the market app?

have you tried the following:

1. clearing your phones cache [CacheMate for Root Users, should be free if you need the apk i could send it to you]
   
2. hard reset

No nothing really only reinstalling Google talk as i think it maybe to do with that. every time i try to open the service it force closes on me straight away. Doesn't even show anything just closes back to the menu. think this is where my problem is.

is there a way i can push google talk files and otherfiles onto my phone using adb? maybe i need to do that.

i had the same problem and i did a hard reset and it works
