Guest GriZlore Posted November 20, 2010 Report Posted November 20, 2010 i had this problem it was due to the drivers, although the driver appeared to be the one I wanted (name wise) it didnt work, just like yours... what i did was remove uninstall the driver from Windows device manager, and whilst my mighty Streak was plugged in, scanned for hardware changes, and reinstalled, and chose manually from the list of devices. I either slected google or android phone and selected from there. Then tried again and it worked. Sorry I cant be more precise, but i have been up for hours and am dropping. B) But I am sure that is where your problem lies
Guest Tim6772 Posted November 20, 2010 Report Posted November 20, 2010 Assuming your on a Win pc.... Connect your Streak via USB Open Device Manager Look for your Device (may be Android Phone or Android 1.0) If it has an exclaimation mark by it, you need to install the drivers for it. Right click the device and select update drivers, click Let me pick from list Then click Android device-Android Bootloader Interface That should reinstall the drivers *for the port you've plugged your USB into* Then try fastboot again Hope that helps

That worked for me too. Win7 x64 for me
