Ringtone issue

Hi again fellas

Bit of an issue with the other halfs sanfran, I set her a ringtone by browsing the music and then selecting it as a ringtone, worked fine for a few days, this morning she gets a call, all good, gets another call an hour later and the ringtone is now default one.

Its using the standard debranded 2.1 rom

any ideas?
