Trying to make a Sense rom for our SanFran's,

Heyy,

Im tryingg to make a Sense rom for our SanFran's

I've tryed once and i got something, I just tryed to copy somefiles from the Desire MoDaCo rom and placed them in to the right directorys on FLB's Froyo rom.

It booted and i was haappy, When i unlocked my phone i got a HTC screen asif Sense was loading but i just got alot of FC's

Anyone would like to help B)

BTW im a Begginner, This is my first android phone.

If you want HTC Sense buy a HTC! Even if you could get HTC working, you cannot distribute it legally.

Instead take a look at the look alike stuff.

Would you be able to post some pics of it? :), also could you try the MIUI rom too by the same technique?

AOSP based roms like Defrost, Cyanogen and MIUI are the best ones to try and port. HTC Sense doesn't seem to get ported to other devices too often as it's difficult. Although i think the Moto Milestone guys got the Desire HD rom running! That's an achievement!

There is a download link there now includes HTC keyboard and stuff to just download that making a sense rom will be almost an impossibility trust me I looked into it just dl my rom more improvements soon and looks almost identical to sense really fast too
