OC set at max 1.19 two consecutive runs,

First = 192

Second = 1923

Only variable was streak was laying flat on first run, weird !

from my experience that seems to be to do with cpu scaling, went back and redid Setpu settings and all is good now.

One thing i noticing is that is not really that stable like what steve have mention in his tweet, i do have occasionally fc on app and some freeze

1.19 @ 1569

1.19 @ 1489

After setting setcpu if you dont reboot, battery usage is high. After reboot, the OC remains, but battery usage is normal!

The reboot is key!!!

How did you guys get such high scores!?!

Please share! Im envious! LOL!

the score/stability will vary heavily depending on device, some cpus will handle the higher clock speed much better than others (same as pc cpus handle overclocking) - i can run my n900 at 1.15ghz totally fine but some people i know are lucky to manage 800mhz before it starts crashing

Set it to performance and full speed and got a Quadrant of 1936!

Sweet. B)

+1

I have a Pentium 4 3.0GHz that I can overclock to 5.3GHz with just forced air cooling and a giant copper heat sink while my brothers same chip locks at 4.28GHz with water cooling.

Sometimes you get lucky and sometimes you don't. Them's the breaks when you OC.

might be time to update the Disclaimer Steve. Maybe add "and if you Streak should turn into a fireball, melts through the floor and kills your grannies cat downstairs, that not my fault either" B)

2k would be nice !

hahahaha, turned on the "Performance" scaler, (which doesn't waste CPU cycles trying to scale, instead it just sits at max), killed all tasks, pretty sure I had a 202x run also, but couldn't find a camera to take the picture.

2013 Quadrant score!

I got at 1870 @1.19.

Do you guys setup profiles or just leave it on Interactive?

Posted

I havent made any profiles. Ive tried interactive, on demand, and performance... Same scores. Only difference was how fast the battery drained B)
