Guest stephent123 Posted November 21, 2010 Report Posted November 21, 2010 anyone installed firefox for your phone? I just have and it installed, but when i tried to use it, it stated the phone hasnt met the minimum requirements.
Guest Afrodude Posted November 21, 2010 Report Posted November 21, 2010 It only works on certain phones. Link
Guest Lew247 Posted November 21, 2010 Report Posted November 21, 2010 (edited) From the Firefox mobile wiki These devices are not compatible with our ARMv7-optimized releases, but might be able to run the experimental ARMv6 nightly builds: ZTE Blade ARMv6 (experimental) For devices with ARMv6 processors, like the HTC Hero, Legend, Droid Eris, Wildfire, or Samsung Moment. (See below for a longer list of phones.) Note: The ARMv6 build is new and not widely tested. Many older Android phones do not have enough RAM or storage to run current Fennec builds. Fennec's visual design is not yet optimized for lower-resolution displays (bug 590817). Short URL: http://bit.ly/bGLXGm Edited November 21, 2010 by Lew247

Guest Azurren Posted November 22, 2010 Report Posted November 22, 2010 Fennec doesn't load because it doesn't have enough "vram"? "vmemory"? vsomething (Check logcat after trying to start fennec) Oldly enough the older ARM v6 bloated builds worked (But lagged like hell)
