HTC Desire - not booting after flashing

Hello all,

i have a little problem. I tried to root my HTC with the unrEVOked Tool. It finished with 'Done.' but the phone stayed in the ClockworkMod Recovery v2.5.0.7.

HBOOT-0.93.0001

On the bottom of the screen i had these messages:

E: Can't find MISC:

E: Can't mount CACHE:recovery/command

E: Can't find MISC:

E: Can't mount CACHE:recovery/log

E: Can't find MISC:

With the help of google i found a 'solution' for this problem in a german forum. After processing the steps mentioned in post #3 of this guide the phone started into the Android system recovery (Build : RA-desire-v2.0.0) Now the error messages were gone and i was able to flash my .zip (MCR v9)but after successful flashing and reboot of the device i only saw the little robot jumping out of the box (installing radio i think) for a little time. Then the phone jumps back into the Android system recovery (RA-desire-v2.0.0) again. On the bottom of the screen i can see:

Build : RA-desire-v2.0.0

Formatting CACHE:...

Waiting here doesn't help. My only way was to 'Reboot system now' After this action i only see the HTC logo in the screen - i also was waiting for a progress over night but nothing changed. In the morning there was still the HTC logo on the screen. I already tried to recover (back+power) with a stock rom (PB99IMG.zip) but after loading and checking i got the messages:

CID incorrect

Update fail!

Do you want to reboot device?

Has someone here an idea how i get my Desire working again?

I had the same problem using Amon Ra 2.0.0.1.

I went into the recovery to "Wipe" and wiped all.

Then I directly reflashed r10.

After reboot I got to the Formatting CACHE:... and left it there 5min then rebooted.

This time it booted the rom (takes a few min at the modaco splash logo)
