Need help

I'm hoping someone can assist. I have flashed my streak before without issue on a different laptop that I no longer have access to. When I tried to flash to 2.2, the command prompt says waiting on device and never flashes. I did some searching and it seems drivers are the typical culprit but everything is fine in device manager. Anyone know a solution for this?
