MIUI Stalvatero 5.1 is based on the latest MIUI. I don't think you could use it: the ROM completely traduced (and thought to be) in Italian and translations in other languages are not complete. You can use Koudelka's or Xian's Standard MIUI which has a complete compatible French translation pack. :P We decided to do that port for all the italians that love MIUI cause there's a big lack of italian MIUI translation packs.
