Nandroid restore to different baseband ok?

I'm running O2 1.6 4399 on my US AT&T Streak, and I'm thinking of upgrading to the official Froyo release. I of course have taken a nandroid backup but I know that the baseband is different in froyo than my current 21 baseband. Is baseband backed up by nandroid, and I can just restore back with nandroid no problem or do I need to worry about this?
