SD Partitioning fails

Hi All,

I have desire, with the latest and greatest MoDaCo r9 rom, and a 8G SD card.

In an effort to make A2SD work, I am trying to to partition the SD card, from ROM Manager.

It asks me about the Ext Size and Swap Size, then asks me if I am sure. The it says that it was granted to the superuser permissions, and then ...

It crashes and reboots the system with no apparent change to the SD card partitioning B)

Please help!

It never worked for me when I tried ROM Manager either.

I suggest you use the Parted Magic live CD:

Download it again from the market. If it still fails, select the 'Fix Permissions' option.

Thanks, all. I solved it.

After spending a couple of hours on the www, I found out that ROM manager SD partitioning doesn't play well with the latest ClockworkMod Recovery (version 2.5.0.7). I rolled back to version 2.5.0.0 and everything worked B) .
