network connection problem (not wifi connection)

the network signal receive in this phone is very poor, it always show no network when my other mobile phone next to it receive some network.

especially in indoor area such as my home, it never receive any network so I cannot receive or make a call...

I don't know this is my own problem or someone suck with this issue too B)

I appreciate if someone could teach me how to enhance the network receive (and, its hardware or software problem?)

no one have poor network signal?

Its a strange one. At work, with my old phone I got full stength 3G and 2G, no questions. This phone seems to be full one minute and 50% the other. But no drop in actual quality of calls or data etc.

At home, my old phone struggled sometimes to even get a signal.

This phone has never struggled!
