Can't make / receive calls or txts

Hi, I have a samsung B7610 omnia pro running wm 6.5 , even tho I can access the internet and use everything else I can't make / receive calls or txt messages , I have tried most things factory reset, switching between airplane mode and phone mode , checked all settings and they seem ok to me . When I try to ring someone it says "dialing" but then imediatly drops the call and gives a notice " no signal or invalid number" but I do have a good signal .

just wondering if anyone had any suggestions before I send the phone back as I really like the phone.

Have you tried another SIM card, does that work?

Any special programs installed we should know of?

Hard Reset ?
