Whilst browsing (trying to decide whether or not to go for and SPV) I came across the following site.

Now I dont usualy crosspost but the details with the link were incorrect.

They seem to be offering a free phone, on Talk 200 (£30), 3 months free Picture Messaging and include $400 of holiday vouchers.

Cant be a bad deal can it?

It's not that good, many online retailers are pricing similarly.

If you give the Carphone Warehouse a call, they will match TheMobileRepublic.com's price of FREE on Talk 120.

Aside from the £400 holiday vouchers, most retailers offer a similar deal.

OK, so given that I paid £75 3 days ago this is a bit annoying.

Has anyone had to use the 14 day returns policy with Orange

and were there any conditions that would stop me returning

the phone (obviously paying any outstanding bill) for a refund

and getting a new one?

There are no conditions ref 14dmb policy other than the handset being returned to the point of purchse within the 14days. All that will remain chargable will be the cost of any calls / data used while u had the handset. Contact your dealer to arrange return of handset, within 1 or 2 invoices, u will recieve credit from orange ref Line rental charges.
