I recently bought a new mains charger (cheap cheap) but i can't remember what it was like with my nice Samsung charger (which I don't have any more). Does your screen freeze when charging? Also, do better chargers, power up the ZTE more quickly? Thank you, thank you!

I have used lower output chargers which work fine. ive had a similar issue when using the usb charger in my cig lighter in the car , screen tends to lock up... perhaps try and buy a official charger.

I am using an HTC charger, and a standard tarvelcharger. It also depends on the USB cable; I have one cheap-ass USB cable that doesn't function for charging.
