Porting Android onto a new smartphone

Hi,

We are trying to port android onto a new smartphone and we are having difficulties. Could anyone help us with this? We need someone with the C/C++, Embedded Linux Skills, writing device drivers etc etc and ideally someone who knows all the short cuts to putting Android onto a new platform.
