Trouble with wm 6.1

Trouble on II6.

Samsung Audionotes Touch can't record calls. It stops recording while call comes.

In samsung dialer there is no Record button for audionotes touch.

VITO Audionotes Touch write only one side of call - just opponents talk.

As I know - problem was solved on later firmwares.

There you can record call from dialer during phone call and other recording software records both voices.

Does anyone solved it on custom or official ROM on II6 (II1)?
