streaming video sound lag

Has anyone come across a fix for the sound lagging in streaming video in froyo... particularly tvcatchup?

i know its down to the streaming app but so far i allways get a lag, the best option so far i've found is using the 2d gallery to play the streamed movies everything holds together longer, but it would be great to not to have to reset the stream every 10 mins!

i have the same,

when i got JJ9 rom on the phone, its works fine, and now put new lock work mod and an FLB rom.. and i got a brand new video sound delay, try a thousand of video players, an i cant put up my older rom cause lockwork mod not allow to install the old JJ9
