If you were unlucky enough to have got a new SIM, you can phone customer service and ask them to transfer the credit from new sim to your old sim.

I did this when I got my San fran, they was more than happy too,

also had to change to the new sim anyways BUT kept old number and PAYG stuff (old sim was 10 years old) :P
