Guest Koki1337 Posted November 25, 2010 Report Posted November 25, 2010 Yupe, all device on Android 2.1 and later via Bluetooth :P
Guest Cyberomain Posted November 25, 2010 Report Posted November 25, 2010 Ok but are you sure ? Because on the official website of Acer, it's say that liquid have only BT 2.0 and on the website of sony ericsson they say : Compatible with most other brands on Android 2.0 and up that are equipped with Bluetooth™ 2.1. The list above will be continuously updated. Sorry for my english.
Guest thedicemaster Posted November 26, 2010 Report Posted November 26, 2010 Yup, It's compatible :P i'd really like to know where your confidence with that answer comes from. sony ericsson is a bit unclear with compatibility. their site says it needs bt 2.1, but their site also says it works with the xperia x10 mini which runs on bt 2.0 just like the liquid.
Guest Cyberomain Posted November 26, 2010 Report Posted November 26, 2010 I have ordre the liveview, I wait it, I will tell you if it work.

I've not looked, but I believe it means android 2.1 and up, no? There is little difference between the bluetooth 2.0 and 2.1 specifications, I believe they're both compatible with one another, either way, I'm confident because as you've said, the x10 mini uses 2.0 as does our liquid :P
Guest thedicemaster Posted November 26, 2010 Report Posted November 26, 2010 LiveView™ will be compatible with Sony Ericsson Android 2.0 and up mobile phones. Guest Cyberomain Posted November 29, 2010 Report Posted November 29, 2010 (edited) Yes i hope that they continue to update the LW. It's very cool but the strap (bracelet) is not very beautiful but it's ok. Edited November 29, 2010 by Cyberomain
Guest Lord-17 Posted November 29, 2010 Report Posted November 29, 2010 (edited) Thank you again! :P Is there a way to connect it to PC? Is it "updatable" (this word exists or not? :D)? I hope you understand... Edited November 29, 2010 by Lord-17
Guest Cyberomain Posted November 29, 2010 Report Posted November 29, 2010 No connection with PC. It's only connect with your phone and yes the LW is updatable with her application (Sony Live View on the market). Sony have a SDK so we can hope a lot off plugin in the future. They are already 4 or 5 plugin on the market, not very good but it's comming.
