the phone is dead

ok so i was playing with a few nes roms last night before i went to bed, then i switched the phone off and went to sleep, woke up this morning and turned it on........... and now not one of the buttons apart from the power button work on the thing, has any body else had this problem, and the worst thign about it i took the phone back to the link were i got it from as usual the shop had no idea what to do about the phone so they have sent it away and informed me that it could take up to 6 weeks for repair they didnt even know who made the thing, so they didnt know were it had to be sent. and to add insult they gave me a 5 year old really crappy sony phone for a loan, i meen is this service or what!!!!!!!!!

any one got any idea's what i can do or am a pretty screwed.

Anyway if you have sent your phone away already then you are screwed ;).

If turning the phone on and off did not work, did you try a hard reset?

If not try and get the phone back if you gave it to them today and give it a go.

Mine has did exactly the same and this is the brand new replacement I have been waiting for !!!!

Alas I was silly enough to get mine from Orange upgrades so am without phone until the Orange 'Techys' contact me on Friday...... hmmm still waiting for the call.

couldn't even do a hard reset as none of the buttons would work, also didnt get the chance to back the phone up on my sd card to as none of the buttons even respond to touch, its a cruel world.

good job i had me dragonball z dvd's to whatch, put a smile on me face :)
