replacing broken sf

A friend visiting UK bought an SF for me , and now it's touchscreen is broken (digitizer issue). Is there any chance I can mail it to someone to get it replaced?

I have just had mine replaced, screen cracked itself while charging! Orange shop wouldnt touch it with a barge pole but their customers services number replaced it straight away and it will be with me tomorrow! :P

unfortunately I'm in Italy .... if I found someone in uk that would do it for me .. I would pay the trouble ...

I suspect you may need the original receipt with the correct IMEI number though technically you don't need one to return a faulty item to a seller and it's obviously an orange branded phone.

If the original owner has registered it in their name only they can get it done as Orange CS will need you/them to clear security before they'll access the account to arrange a replacement or repair.

You need to contact them and find out. ..
