Deleting Download Files

I've downloaded several apps which I no longer require, but they still show up in my downloads, taking up memory. Does anyone know an easy way to delete these without a full reinstall.

BTW, what ever you do, don't download the Erasure app. It has nothing to do with the band, despite the picture. It does what it says on the tin, without any way of stopping it.

I've also looked for this, downloading apps and then unistalling them when i find they are crappy, but the downloads section of my market still has them. irritating.

Ive tried clearing the market cache, and deleted the market data which only made me re accept t and cs when loading it up. my downloads list was the same! grr

I had a problem a while back that when i downloaded a new rom i would still have pictures appearing that i could not delete, but eventually found out that they were stored in my gmail account, had to go on the computer to my account and delete them from there. maybe your problem is something like that.

From market get History Eraser. Under Google apps(Beta) you will find Market search histories. Click ok and they are gone. Job done

Bump?

Just been looking through preferences in Titanium Backup, and under "Un-Installer settings" there is a tick box for "remove apps from the market download section when un-installing apps".

Hopefully this helps.

if you have app2sd installed within your phone, you can go to "download" folder in your SD. There should be your apps (files) previously downloaded. Just delete any of them you don't need any more.
