Soft keys app for home/menu/back?

I have tried various searches in the market to find a HTC Sense like app that allows touch screen versions of Home/Menu/Back buttons, but can't find any. Maybe this is not possible or requires too much hard work at the OS level? Anyway, was wondering if anyone had come across an app, since the SF keys are quite hard to press, it would be nice to have touch screen versions of these.

too be honest thats like, impossible.

theres no space for the soft key buttons to go anyway

I am also looking for somewhat similar solution, I love ma SanF too much and I'm always worried of the keys failing :) I stumbled upon this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=860153 maybe some dev can use this concept, else i'll get my hands dirty soon :)
