Auto Start / Auto Shutdown Apps

Searched the forum & market but could not find any application to start/shutdown phone at predefined time.

All the blackberries have this option.

Obviously there is nothing within the setting, so wondering if there is any app that can do the job.

Put it in airplane mode overnight and it's more or less off. No data nor mobile connection and it doesn't touch the battery (well I'm sure it does but it's less than 1% so you can't see that it has. App wise you can do it with Tasker but it costs. I'm sure there are free alternatives but I've never looked for them as I have tasker.
