Backup whole phone - Phone not switching on

My phone turned off in the night probably because the battery was low, but I went to charge it in the morning and when I was making a call, it kept on restarting. This happened every time I made a call, after a few seconds it would restart. I took my sim card out and left it to charge, but now it doesn't turn on at all?What's happened there. I have taken out the battery and placed it in again but it's still not turning on.

Update: I just put the charger in again and now it's turning on. A bit confusing.

Update again: Now that it's turned on it was on 4% now 5% and charging.

Seems like it's faulty. Getting a replacement handset tomorrow.

I have a lot of texts, images, videos, apps, games etc. on here which I would like to back up somehow and then put on the new handset. How can i do this?
