Guest bene2k1 Posted November 28, 2010 Report Posted November 28, 2010 Hi, i realized that when I listen to MP3 etc on my San Francisco the sound is pretty poor. It is pretty silent and it has practically no bass. I have some other Android devices, like a HTC Desire and some chinese aPad variations and had never such an issue. Is there a problem with my device or is this an issue on all Blades? Does anyone of you know an app to manage the sound settings of the device?

Guest GraviticVortex Posted November 28, 2010 Report Posted November 28, 2010 Same here, i'm waiting for a equalizer for winamp :P or can someone suggest a equalizerr app? Use PowerAmp, much better player than Winamp. has EQ, preamp and Flac support.
Guest aser28 Posted November 28, 2010 Report Posted November 28, 2010 i tried with even poweramp still not good enough i think its related with cheap 3.5 jack. My question is lets say i can manage to swap with quality one is it going to be good sound or not. Any suggestions??
Guest popoyaya Posted November 28, 2010 Report Posted November 28, 2010 There are several threads about this already. Download "Audio_Boost.zip" from post 26 in this thread... http://android.modaco.com/content-page/318...louder/page/20/ This combined with PowerAMP should blow your ears off. If not you need a better set of earphones.
Guest Hans Gruber Posted November 28, 2010 Report Posted November 28, 2010 I get a hiss through my headphones when listening to music on my SF, is it faulty or just how it is?
Guest cobhc Posted November 28, 2010 Report Posted November 28, 2010 I get a hiss through my headphones when listening to music on my SF, is it faulty or just how it is? Just how it is, and I can confirm that Audio over A2DP still has the hiss, but the volume is greatly increased.
Guest Hans Gruber Posted November 28, 2010 Report Posted November 28, 2010 Just how it is, and I can confirm that Audio over A2DP still has the hiss, but the volume is greatly increased. oh well I'll have to stick with my ipod for now then
Guest ergo911 Posted November 28, 2010 Report Posted November 28, 2010 Use PowerAmp, much better player than Winamp. has EQ, preamp and Flac support. Thanks, PowerAmp solved my needs. It's quite loud now :P
Guest meinnit Posted November 28, 2010 Report Posted November 28, 2010 Maybe a new set of headphones will also help. I find that the supplied headset doesnt sit in my ears properly unless I push them in
