Problem with oem pack in german rom

I'm trying to cook a rom in Ligue German but I have problems with packages oem:

for example, I insert the string nell'initflashfiles:

Directory ("\ Windows \ Startmenu \ Program Files"):-File ("Gyrator 2.lnk", "\ Windows \ _Gyrator 2.lnk)

but instead to find the file I find them in the location indicated:

\ Windows \ Startmen □ \ Programme

you have any solution?

and you must save all initflasfiles.txt in unicode. windows 7 notepad can save as unicode f.e.
