signal bars/ drop calls

Hi there. I just got the SF and got it unlocked for my O2 sim. I've used it for a day and it's dropping calls almost every time I get one. The bars go from 0-4 all the time. Does anyone have the same problem? obviously I can't return it now as it's unlocked. I'm a bit gutted at wasting £100. It's an awesome phone otherwise..tho useless for its raison d'etre :P TIA :D

But of course you can return it unlocked - just put the Orange sim in beforehand :P

Dunno, as I don't have my SF yet, but I think you're the first one to mention the problem here so far.

To verify it's the problem with your phone - Is it restricted to some specific locations? Does it reproduce with other handsets using the same SIM in the same area?

It's the same sim I've always used and this is the first handset I've had this problem with. I haven't been out of town with it yet either x :D

..ooh..just set it to 2g only and i have had 4 bars for half an hour..a record so far..maybe this is the answer :P
