Which stock file do I use?

Ok if I want to get the phone back to how it was when I bought it new from Orange which of the 2 files do I use?

For use with ClockworkMod Recovery

* OUK_P729BV1.0.0B05 - Stock system image and boot image - DOWNLOAD (ROMraid Load Balancing) - MD5: be7326107413cff6fd987eba2ba93379

For use with fastboot

* OUK_P729BV1.0.0B05 - Stock boot / recovery images - DOWNLOAD (ROMraid Load Balancing) - MD5: 5385b0b75adc90247ae1451bf4b14a09

I dont understand the difference between the two files although the clockworkMod files size is about 80mb and the fastboot file size is about 5mb. I used fastboot to install the clockworkMod recovery to my sf then clockworkMod to install the rom. I thought I just used the clockworkMod recovery menu to install one zip from the sd card to get the new rom installed?

Also will clockworkMod be uninstalled as well after the rom is installed from the sd card?

Download both files. Use the top one with Clockwork to restore the standard ROM.

You then need to open up the fastboot file above and do a fastboot to get rid of Clockwork and restore to standard recovery (ie. none)
