network problems

Hey i have got a vodafone i900 from australia and im in new zealand when i went to use it was network locked which i have since unlocked i also have the DXID1 rom but the thing is

when i go to operator settings there all australian???also when i go to connections/manage existing connections its also vfinternet.au?? can i change this and how??
