ROM that can set a Wifi Proxy?

Guys,

I'm aware that not even Froyo 2.2 has an option that lets you set a proxy for a wifi connection.

Is there any custom ROM, mod, app or anything for the Blade that will allow me to set one? It's a nightmare not being able to use my phone at work where I get no mobile signal.
