Uninstalling things from the official 2.2

Does anyone know of a simple way to uninstall some of the applications included in the official 2.2 - like the Amazon MP3 app, Copilot Trial, etc. etc. ?

I've had a dig around and all I can find is some command-line methods to apply to a rooted system ... surely there's a more "friendly" way ?

root your Dell Streak then use Titnanium Backup for backup apps that u want to uninstall after that just uninstall whatever apps you want to remove
