ActivSync 3.6 - Explore-Function

When I try using the explore-function after starting the program and synchronizing I alway get the message: "critical communication failure". On the other hand I can't find the mobile device in the Windows Explorer - there is also no answer.

I am ME user. What can I do?

first of all did you install the activsync software before you plugged the

cradle into your pc?
