I'm currently using r6, and the wifi sleep still doesn't work as it supposed:

-The sleep policy "never sleep" doesn't work

-Sometimes the wifi can't reconnect after sleep

I know these are old bugs, but I read the custom kernel solved them in the japanese jellyfish rom.

BTW we have the kernel source, so it should be easy to use the sleep mode of the wifi chip instead of turning it off, shouldn't it? Or is this code in the closed source framework?

I will try r8 after backuping my phone.

In r7 the Menu unlock works strange.

Sometimes I can wake up and unlcok the phone with Menu button, sometimes I can wake up with the power button and unlock with the Menu button and sometimes no feedbaack when I tap the Menu button.

Can You fix it in the latest versions?

And one more problem: I use launcher pro plus v0.8.2 and if I start a game and quit, the whole dashboard and everything is slow.

Is it ROM problem or launcher pro problem?

Yes, you can, but you have to wipe. Also check the recovery version, Paul mentioned earlier that cwm 2.5.1.3 or newer is needed.

Press power-button first to wake screen then instead of swiping to unlock the lock screen, press menu?
