How to change the Dial Screen

Hello,

my question ist how to change the dial screen: I liked the standard zte blade dial screen which was in flibblesans r3a zte version.

Now in the modaco one it is another one where you can quit the call just by pressing the quit button and not by moving it (similar to the lock screen). This is very unpractically for me.

i read somewhere here on the forum, that it is pretty difficult.

Simply putting the standard dialer apk in the ROM doesnt work because it is pretty deap integrated in the system - (hey we got a phone here at the long last ;))

Here is one Froyo ROM (based on the old leak) witch is availible with the ZTE or the Standard Android dialer.

I dont like the dialer, too - but i hardly ever dial a number and use only contacts, so i wait for a more stable froyo rom with standard dialer

This one ROM is the only way I know

Hey mate, thanks for the answer.. ok seems like it is more difficult than I thought (assumend I haven't got an answer because it was a noob question)^^.

I used the flibblesan rom and really liked the zte dialer a lot... It's a pity it is not integrated in other roms, with the standard one I often quit the calls accidentally.

i think your getting it wrong:

- The dialer included in every other rom is the standard ZTE // San Fransisco Dialer

- The dialer in flibblesans rom is the standard Android dialer, witch is shipped on most other android phones

No.. it's not the dialer itself... what's annoying me is the screen while you have a call: In flibblesans zte light alpha 1 r3a it was different than in the stock rom and the new modaco one. So because there it's just a button I end calls accidently.
