U8110 Camera flash problem

Has anyone meet this problem. I have a unlocked T-mobile U8110 phone which I just bought over the net.

The phone camera LED flash does not work and even when I installed an Touch Android application the software does not even recognize that the phone has an LED Flash.

Is this problem related to the current software installed in it?

Phone is running is running Android ver 2.1 update1, with base version 2210, Build Number U8110V100R001C85B214SP06
