if you use the recovery to wipe menu and cache does that delete all of your apps and contacts etc?

Need to do Nandroid backup from within Clockwork...also, should use Titanium to backup all apps & data>>it really is a superb app.

Contacts for me sync with my contacts in my gmail account so presume will be same for you?

ive already dun a nandroid, im just asking cuz i want to update to paul's new froyo rom, hopw do i sync my contacts with my gmail.

p.s do uy recomend pauls froyo rom or shud i wait for something better
